In theory a process is already in place what you actually need to do is convert that to a FileDirector process or set FileDirector up to replace this process.

You do this in the Enterprise Manager. Read the help guide there. It’s all covered really well and within half an hour you should be creating or editing processes.

Always test a process thoroughly and then sign off on it. Once in use and published, it’s not easy to take out a step if the process is being used by a lot of people. This will cause all manner of problems.

In that instance, retire the process and start with a new one.
